THE LEGENDARY LMFAO WILL PARTY-ROCK IN CZECH REPUBLIC!

Prague, October 24, 2011 – Sooner or later it must have happened: two dudes shuffling every day, crazy outfits, crazy hairdos, and an incredibly catchy music: in one word, LMFAO will party & play in Prague’s SaSaZu on Friday, February 24, 2012!

LMFAO, an electro/party/dance/hop duo, consisting of two American dancers, rappers, and musicians, Redfoo and Skyblu, confirmed the rocket show to take place on February 24, 2012, in Prague’s SaSaZu. LMFAO came into existence in 2006, and is based in Los Angeles, California. Their hit Party Rock Anthem skyrocketed nearly every hitparade on the Earth: not only is their music catchy, but their costumes, dance choreographies and the whole videoclip mise-en-scenes are witty, daring and perhaps even self-mocking, but always getting to you. Their other hits like Champagne Showers, or Sexy and I know it are currently shuffle-shaking the dance hop world - and the hitparades as well. LMFAO will perform in Prague as a part of Cherrytree Pop Alternative World Tour, with special guests Far East Movement and Colette Carr.

Redfoo (real name Stefan Gordy) and Skyblu (Skyler Gordy) are in fact an uncle and a nephew, being the son and grandson of the founder of the great Motown Records, Berry Gordy. LMFAO featured in David Guetta’s song Gettin’ over you (2010). They often participate with other singers and artists (e.g. Kesha, Lauren Bennett, Natalia Kills, GoonRock, Lil’ Jon).

“We’re music designers,” Redfoo says.“If music is a way to communicate with people, we’re almost like scientists,” he continues. “Some people make software applications. Drama movie writers write a story that can make you cry. We’re designing something for use in the clubs for DJs and we know exactly what we built it for.” LMFAO’s lyrical wordsmith, Skyblu, adds: “We rock the party and lead by example.”
This will be LMFAO’s first concert ever in the Czech Republic - so don’t miss it, because it will be the shuffle party of your life!
